No. You can start on the Free plan or begin a 14-day Pro trial without a credit card. Billing details are only needed when you decide to continue on a paid plan.

KloudMate is purely usage-based, with no per-host or per-user fees. On the Pro plan, your $99/month doubles as a usage budget: the logs and traces you ingest (per GB) and metrics (per million samples) are metered and drawn down from it. Stay under $99 and that is your whole bill; go over and the overage is billed at the same per-GB and per-million rates.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, with no per-host or per-agent fees. You pay only for the telemetry you send: logs and traces by volume, and metrics by sample count.

Each plan has a retention window: 7 days on Free, 14 days for logs and traces on Pro, and 1 year for metrics. Retention is not a separate charge: you pay for the volume you ingest, not for how long it is kept. To keep logs past your plan window, Cold Storage archives them to your own S3 bucket, so you pay only your own storage costs. Load a range back into KloudMate whenever you need to search it. Enterprise plans can set a custom retention window.

Archiving is free. Your logs go to your own S3 bucket, so you pay AWS only for storage. KloudMate charges you only when you load data back. Rehydrating costs $0.10 per GB of logs pulled back in, and each rehydration stays searchable for 7 or 14 days before it clears. Your archive in S3 is never touched. For example, if you ingest 100 GB of logs a day and later need 3 days back from the archive, you load 300 GB and pay $30, once.

KloudMate Assistant runs on AI credits. One credit costs $0.05. A chat answer costs 1 credit, and a deep investigation costs 5. Free includes 20 credits a month, and Pro includes 100. If you need more, buy a pack of 200 credits for $10. When credits run out, AI pauses until you top up, so you never get a surprise bill. Enterprise teams get a custom credit volume.

Workflows are priced per run, on the Pro and Business plans. Pro includes 1,000 runs a month, then $0.02 a run. A run counts once, even with parallel paths, loops, retries, or test runs. The AI Route, AI Extract, and AI Prompt steps are free. An Assistant or investigation step inside a workflow costs 1 AI credit, and nothing when it fails. A run never stops because of billing.

Yes. On-call voice calls cost $0.10 for each answered call, on the Pro and Business plans. We bill per answered call, not per minute. Phone number verification is free.

Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount compared with paying monthly. Get in touch and we will set it up for you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice. Talk to us and we will set that up.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need, and the change is reflected in your usage-based bill. There are no long-term lock-ins on the Free or Pro plans.

Yes. KloudMate Infinity runs the full platform inside your own cloud account, deployed and operated by KloudMate, so your telemetry never leaves your network. It is available on Enterprise plans.
